We forget, in a world completely transformed by man, that what we’re looking at is not necessarily the environment wildlife prefer, but the depleted remnant that wildlife is having to cope with”

So.. “What it you just leave it?” is the question that started off my journey through rewidling in the UK after having been inspired, like many others, by Isabella Tree’s book, ‘Wilding’

This website represents the journey

It shows the photos I have made, and links to the podcasts that I have put together from the many interviews I have had the pleasure of undertaking. These are presented as case studies, which you can access below.

I do not ascribe to any specific definition of rewilding, nor am I linked to any one particular organisation or political viewpoint. My work is all about nature, and I say what I see and hear.

A former agricultural field in Norfolk having been left alone for nearly two years with only the passing presence of some Red Poll cattle, Tamworth Pigs (who leave it alone because of former chemical use) and some Exmoor Ponies for company. Well on its way towards scrubbing up and natural restoration.
